Atomic Data, LLC built the Game Day Dashboard app as a Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided by Atomic Data, LLC at no cost and is intended for use as is. This service does depend on data which comes from Atomic Data Monitoring Services.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. We do not connect to any social media applications. This application and all data are solely used internal by Game Day Technologies, Atomic Data, and your internal organization to manage your venue.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our customers who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the Personal Information we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year (which is nothing, as we Do NOT disclose any Personal Information to third parties). Not all information sharing is covered by the “Shine The Light” requirements and only information on covered sharing will be included in our response.
